SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). I currently only ship to the United States. Orders will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. I charge flat rates for shipping. Should your order cost less to ship than you paid, I will refund the difference. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

 

*Please be sure to follow your tracking! I am a one-woman business and unfortunately I can't be responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking shows they have been delivered. I am also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. I will ship to the address provided at checkout, so please make sure you entered it correctly.

 

PAYMENT

I accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay through Wix's secure ecommerce and payment processing.

 

SALES TAX

All Texas customers will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. Please remember that all items are handmade and small inconsistencies occur. I also do my best to make the images of items as accurate to the in-person item as possible, but please remember colors may vary slightly due to the color settings of your device's screen. If your item arrives broken, please notify me promptly and send a picture of the piece along with the box, and I will send you a new piece as soon as possible.
