RESUME
ARTIST STATEMENT
My work is functional porcelain pottery that is thrown on a wheel and then altered when removed.  I decorate my work using imagery that is screen-printed and transferred onto the piece using underglazes.  It is finished using bright glazes fired in an electric kiln.  I like creating things that I know will be viewed, used, and enjoyed by people everyday.
